Greetings everyone! Nothing really big happened today in WOW, got a new shield (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=31200), new boots (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=23487)
, and a new tabard (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=23192). I also achieved level 66 and keeping on track for 70 by this Friday. I have noticed something that i think blizzard has purposely done when placing the mobs in their game. They made it so the most you could grab at one time in the open is 3 to 6. They are placed just far enough to where if you try to pick up a 7th you get 2 or 3 of them evade bug and run back to their starting position. This might not seem bad, but as an AOE Pally it irritates the crap out of me. The way AOE Paladins work is, No matter how many mobs there are it takes me the same amount of mana to kill them. The amount of mana needed to kill one thing is equal to the amount of mana it takes me to kill 10 things. So obviously I want to get the most bang for my buck correct? Well Blizzard obviously thought that might be a little op with so many AOE paladins running around, so i think that they made the mob's JUST far enough to avoid a total lack of mob spawns at all, for a short period of time. That was my only real gripe for today. I finished Zangarmarsh ( my favorite zone in outlands T_T) and continued on to Terrokar Forrest.
On a serious not though, today was a frightening day for my family. My Grandfather was hospitalized in the I.C.U. today. He wasn't feeling well all morning and when he went to take laundry out of the dryer, he had a dizzy spell and vomited blood. When he went to walk to the phone to call 911 he collapsed and was unable to get up. He had fought cancer and won before so my family and I became worried about the possibility of a return. Well the doctors dropped a scope to check stuff out inside of him and it turns out he has a pretty bad ulcer. He's been drinking his old life (crazy old Italian :) and it wore out the bottom part of his esophagus, therefore making it more susceptible to his stomach acids. They are putting him on medication for his ulcer and throat, and he should be good to go. My family and i just thank God it wasn't Cancer again.
So all in all today was a day of thrills and chills, more for ya'll tomarrow!
